Rhonda Mates is dedicated to representing businesses in bankruptcy and corporate reorganization, including workouts, asset sales, and bankruptcy litigation.  As part of her bankruptcy practice, she regularly represents debtors, creditors, trustees, creditor committees, governmental entities, and buyers in bankruptcy matters in a variety of industries, including oil and gas, energy, real estate, manufacturing, health care, and construction.

Rhonda also has extensive experience in commercial litigation in state and federal court, specializing in prosecuting and defending claims of fraud, breach of fiduciary duties, and breach of contract.
