Christopher Ozburn Joins Streusand & Landon

Streusand & Landon, LLP is pleased to announce that Christopher Ozburn joined our firm on June 1, 2011.  Chris came to us from Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he has been a partner for the past 11 years.  He brings a wealth of expertise and experience in advising companies and investors in corporate transactions at all stages of growth.  Chris has advised companies on forming, operating and governing their businesses, and on raising capital through public and private securities offerings, as well as on mergers and acquisitions and strategic investments.  He has worked with numerous companies and investors both in Austin and nationally, with a focus on technology and life science companies.
